LEISURE LETTER Nº26

Editor of D&D’s Sunday Paper
LOG OFF.
A little cabin moment. Short and sweet.
WAKE: up slow.
WEAR: pjs with mountains on them, to drive the point home.
COOK: an egg over hot coals with the fabled Alice Waters egg-spoon.
SNACK: on these potato crisps like it’s that lawless moment between Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
ORDER: the Arch Digest of wooden huts and whatnot.
SIT ON: this chair, which I stumbled across via these guys, who I stumbled across via Erandi di Silva’s This and Tat roundup.
SCRIBBLE: out some stuff (letters! journals! crosswords!) with this very cute pen.
LISTEN TO: this playlist, over easy.
FAWN OVER: this Frank Gehry kitchen, because how could you not? The wood. The sea-glass blue. The light.
LIGHT: this candle that I sniffed just last weekend at this little shop called Drama Club (!). The notes? Cold rain, minty foliage, steam on asphalt. It’s really, really good.
